As part of our social impact education programme, SPE Foundation has planned to establish an ASD Centre for children with autism from poor families in Klang Valley. We understand that children with autism require specialised care and education, which can be costly and difficult to access, especially for families with limited financial resources. Our ASD Centre will provide a safe and supportive learning environment that is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of children with autism.

Our Story

Where Compassion Evolve into Action

At the ASD Centre, our story is deeply rooted in the personal experience of our founder, who has a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In Malaysia, where most ASD centres are expensive and cater to higher-income households, he faced many challenges in finding affordable and accessible care for his child. This struggle inspired him to start a centre that caters specifically to underprivileged families, regardless of their financial situation.

Starting a non-profit ASD Centre was not an easy journey. There were many obstacles along the way, including funding and resource constraints, but our founder remained committed to his mission. He believed that all children with ASD deserve access to quality care and support, regardless of their background. With the support from the co-founders and management team, he is able to make Hearts for Autism a reality.

Our founder's personal experience has been the driving force behind the ASD Centre's mission. We are not motivated by monetary gain, but by the desire to serve the disadvantaged market segment and make a positive impact in the lives of the children and families we serve. We believe in promoting inclusion and acceptance of individuals with ASD in our community, and we collaborate with community organisations to raise awareness about autism and advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with ASD.

Today, we are proud to launch donation drive to establish our ASD Centre that will provide innovative programmes and therapies that promote social, emotional, and intellectual growth for underprivileged children with ASD. We are also seeking a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing individualised care and support for each child we serve, working closely with families to develop personalized treatment plans.
